I was using the restroom today, and as i was wiping i felt something strange through the toilet paper. upon further inspection, i saw that it was a pea sized soft bump right on the outside of my anus. it doesnt hurt at all and its not red, its the same color as the skin surrounding my anus. i wouldnt have even noticed it was there if i didnt feel it through the paper. what could it possibly be?
I googled colon cancer symptoms and i am experiencing none of the described symptoms and hemorrhoid type bumps are not even listed as a symptom

TMI but I’ve been searching the internet for hours and can’t find the information I need.

After having diarrhea off and on (mostly on) for the past week or so, I’ve got a swollen red bump near my “backdoor.” It doesn’t hurt to use the restroom but it is tender to the touch and is pretty sore after I get home from working all day and I’ve been active plus had my clothes rubbing back there all day. Does this sound like a hemorrhoid? If so, what is the quickest way to treat it? If not, what could it be?

I am using castor seed oil to easy my hemorrhoid pain, but actually I am looking to cure my hemorrhoid external hemorrhoid permanently.

This is a little embarrassing but I’m over it. For about the last year or so (maybe a little more) I’ve had a small amount of blood on the paper when I wipe. I figured it was just a hemorrhoid and it would go away over time. Well it hasn’t and I’m starting to get a little worried. Once and awhile (every 3 months or so) I will look down and the toilet will be full of blood (sorry for that image) and that’s enough to freak anyone out. What do you think it is and what should I do? I might go buy a cream and try that I’m just ready for it to be over with.

I can’t bowel easily because it hurts and bleeding. Please help me. I don’t know what to do. I’m ashamed to let other know about this. I’m afraid it get worsen and lead to more other serious illnesses. I think it is internal hemo because it only comes out after my bowel movement. Thank you.

I have a bump on my vulva about the size of a grape, it’s pink/purple.
I’m not sure if it’s just still swollen from my stitches or if it’s a hemorrhoid, or maybe something else?

I don’t have medical insurance. I felt a lump toward the inside. It doesn’t hurt, but it’s been there for a few weeks (possibly longer since I only recently noticed). If it’s an internal hemorrhoid, I really don’t care, but all the sites online say it should be checked out to rule out cancer. I’m 38, so I imagine that would be rare…still, GP, clinic, or ER?

One or two volunteer providers staff each clinic session. Physicians must be either board certified or eligible in internal medicine, family practice or emergency medicine. ”

I don’t know what an NP is, but would internal medicine, family practice, and emergency medicine cover what I need?

Im 18, female.

This month I have been experiencing some pains when i empty my stool.. Like when i go to the bathroom and it doesn’t come out all the way, I constantly push, and push, and this time is just felt like water coming out, but it was blood. Could i have pushed to hard? this never happen to me before, and it was disgusting. Plus I have a little bump outside of my anus. So? hemorrhoids?

I did gain 10 pounds, from not exercising like i use to.
And Im not really eating at all. (Stress).
And I get the bubble guts sometimes..
My parent’s don’t have very good insurance.. so the doctors is out of the question for right now.

I am 26 yr old male who last week woke up with some pain around the anus. I have had one bowel movement since then(3 days ago) and just today I bought some preparation H because I thought it might be hemorrhoid’s. Took a shower, went to put it on, but dried the area first. When I was drying the area I noticed there was blood on the tissue(no bowel movement for 3 days). Kind of freaking out right now, and would like some advice. I am at school in a city across the country from my doctor. Help yahoo!

How can we avoid it?
