PLZ HELP!!! NOBODYS ANSWERING!! This non-existing number keeps calling? I got 2 missed calls from this number “000-000-0000″ and when I called back the voice recorder said this cannot be completed as dialed????? How does a non-existing number call me? Serious answers only!!

Digital voice/audio recorder?

Digital voice/audio recorder? I’m looking for a digital audio/voice recorder, that will capture train horns, WITHOUT blaring while still retaining exceptional quality. I’m basically looking for recommendations. Thanks I mean something I can bring with me to the RR tracks, to record the horns in person. Sorry for the vagueness of my original question.
