About wii component cables…?

About wii component cables…? I bought 3rd party component cables for my Wii, and i noticed that the images did become clearer, but the anti-aliasing(jagged lines thingies) is much worse. So my question is, is it because i bought crappy cables? Or do Nintendo component cables output the same thing? Or is it the tv(64″)?

how much could i sell this wii bundle for? it contains a 1 year old wii, 3 wii controllers, 2 nun chucks, all in near perfect condition. super smash bros, mario kart, mario galaxy, pokemon, battalion wars, and guitar hero world tour with the drums guitar and mic.
