Why Doesn\’t My Motorcycle Start When Its Hot ?

I have a 2003 Suzuki GSXR1000 and today it left me on foot again for the 4th time since i bought it used last year. Its mostly stock, the only modifications are hid lights and exhaust thats it. Here’s my problem, the bike starts up every morning when its cold but once i start riding it for a few minutes then i shut it off then try to start it but wont start again, keep in mind the bike is not overheating because the fan works fine but during a cold start it runs and when its hot it doesn’t start at all, sometimes it starts when its hot but just barely ! ….. i already did the complete tune up including a new battery ! can anybody help me out ?
the engine cranks but doesnt start when hot, the last time this happen to me i tried starting it over and over until eventually the battery died. before i installed the new battery this was happening and after i installed the new battery its still happening. one time it failed to start but it was still cranking and i gave it gas and it started but this time it didnt work that way
